Account Manager

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Account Manager in Auburn, Maine. The role involves developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients in the Insurance industry, processing and managing policy amendments, and providing excellent customer service in a hybrid work environment.Responsibilities: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, agency, and company underwriter. Process and manage mail correspondence using established procedures for support. Spearhead policy amendments and new business ventures as well as policy renewal marketing, which includes preparing applications, rating, and forwarding to designated companies. Communicate policy details, costs, consequences, and obligations to customers. Maintain detailed records of client activity for follow-up purposes. Regularly review monthly renewal list, making changes on coverages as appropriate and ensuring policies are received by the renewal date. Prepare new business or renewal proposals as needed.
