POSITION TYPE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Hourly LOCATION: Auburn, WA WAGE: $18.00
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assists HR with various projects including: recruiting, anniversary’s, benefits, etc.
Updates, organizes, and posts HR forms and files at the location.
Assist Customer Service department with updating reports and distributing reports
Assist with organizing the office: Maintain communication board, updating conference room calendars, assist with scheduling and organizing company meetings and events.
Distributes materials to the various locations.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Currently enrolled and taking classes towards a Bachelors Degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.
Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications.
Regular attendance is required.
