Please apply or email me directly Responsibilities:Leadership & Supervision:Lead, mentor, and coach a team of five payroll specialists.Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.Payroll Processing Oversight:Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and tax filings.Review and approve payroll batches for accuracy.Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary client contact for payroll inquiries and issues.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Quality Assurance & Compliance:Conduct audits to ensure compliance with payroll regulations.Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements.Requirements Nice to have experience:2+ years Certified Payroll, Full Cycle Payroll and supervisory experienceRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
