Recently built Mobile Home Park looking for a Resident Manager applicants must be honest and loyal must have great communication skills and have some experience in all aspects of property management, including marketing and leasing units, collecting rents, writing leases and notices, making bank deposits, etc as well as some knowledge of mobile home maintenance. The park currently has a maintenance man, so the position is mainly management and administrative in essence . Ideal candidates would be a retired couple but singles can apply too. Compensation will vary depending on performance. A free rental unit will be provided as part of the compensation .
