We are currently accepting applications for a maintenance tech & maintenance turn key. Within this position the ideal candidate should be able to do the following:
Plumbing repair
Electrical repair
Flooring installation
Appliance Repair
Meet deadlines set by management
Be able to work without being micromanaged
Takes initiative and pride in there work
Having HVAC certification is not a must but a plus. Application maybe obtained from the office and submitted between 9-11 and 1:30-4 Monday through Friday. You may fax or email your resume to be considered for employment.
