Responsibilities
Hours: 5x8's, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours
Thorough surface preparation by cleaning, sanding, patching cracks, and applying primer, mixing paint to achieve desired colors, applying paint to interior and exterior surfaces of commercial properties using brushes, rollers, and sprayers, protecting surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking tape, and ensuring a smooth, even, and aesthetically pleasing finish while adhering to safety protocols
Job Posting Qualifications
Be at least 18+ years of age
Proficiency with various painting tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers), surface preparation techniques, color matching, attention to detail, physical stamina for working at heights, good communication to understand client needs, problem-solving abilities, knowledge of safety procedures, and the ability to work with power tools like grinders and pressure washers
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Prior experience in the commercial field required
Prior experience using brush and roll required
Position may require a drug screen
The hourly rate for this position is 17-$21/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
