EC-Cargo is seeking professional Drivers and Helpers to join our growing team. This position involves white glove delivery service, which means carefully delivering appliances into customers' homes, performing basic installations, and providing an excellent customer experience.
You will be delivering and installing products such as refrigerators, freezers, ranges, washers, dryers, and other major home appliances.
Position Overview:
- Safely deliver appliances into customers' homes, handling products with care and professionalism.
- Install appliances following manufacturer guidelines.
- Use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and connect appliances.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Driver Requirements (Non-CDL):
- Ability to operate a 26’ box truck with liftgate.
- Must have personal set of basic tools for installation.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience with appliance delivery and installation or willingness to learn the trade.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Helper Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous experience delivering and installing appliances or willingness to learn.
- Must be able to lift heavy items safely.
- Strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
