A property management company is seeking to fill a full-time Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Marianna, FL. The Maintenance Technician will assist in the preservation of the property and is responsible for completing work orders for residents, performing general maintenance and repairs to include painting, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and on call emergencies. Must be able to work with limited supervision and have a valid driver's license.
