Mobile Home Park in Enterprise, AL is looking for the right person for a full time maintenance technician. Maintenance Technician will handle work orders including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair, HVAC, minor framing and construction, lawn maintenance, and general cleaning. Must be clean, professional, reliable, and drug free. Must have your own tools and a working, insured vehicle appropriate for this work. This is a long-term position, so please do not inquire if you are looking for a quick dollar.
Compensation $12-14 per hour based on experience.
