Title:Program/Budget AnalystProvide budget planning, forecasting, development, analysis, and execution of multiple funding types for government contracts and organic expenditures. Develop project scheduling, coordinate financial requirements, and prepare briefings and graphic presentations for Air Missile Defense Logistics Management, Engineering staff, industry partners and multiple other agencies. Manages, coordinates, justifies budget requirements, submits and maintains accurate documentation of budget requirements and execution for multiple fund types. Assist in contract preparation/negotiations and Task Order preparations. Manage task funding, weekly and monthly invoicing and prepare status reports for review. Attend meetings, briefings and provides research and data for multiple funding, taskers, planning, budget, audit, scheduling, and transportation requirements for numerous weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports. Prepare and submit OMA and procurement funding requirements. Prepares and submit Second Destination Transportation (SDT) Funding Verification & Use Authorization (FVUA) documents for shipment of requirements for Support Action Officers (AOs) and Field Offices (FOs) in Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) program.Roles and Responsibilities:

This is an On-Site TDA position at Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office.
Basic Qualifications:
US Citizen
Possess an active Secret security clearance or, must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
10-15 years of experience in Program analysis and budget/finance.
Possess basic understanding of Army contracts.
