Title: Construction Superintendent- Single Family Detached Tract Homes
Manage all on-site Building of New Homes Tract Housing- activities of site teams which will include site construction managers, assistant superintendent(s), punch out carpenters, and labor staff.
Invoice approval for subcontractors and suppliers.
Adhere to the project budget by effectively managing site development and construction activities from inception through occupancy.
REQUIREMENTS
Tract Housing New Home Building Construction Management Single Detached
Location Huntsville AL required
Academic Prefer College degree preferred in industry-related field, i.e. construction management or engineering related field of study
Minimum 5-7 years on site home builder construction management
Experience in overall new homes jobsite management, including subcontractors and support staff
Recent Volume experience building single family detached homes
