Requirements:
-Strong work ethic
-Automotive Sales and/or BDC Experience a Plus but not necessary
-Excellent Attitude and customer service skills
-Excellent Computer & Phone skills
-Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
-Able to WORK 40 HOUR WORK WEEK / AVAILABLE DAYS , EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS
-Able to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls while providing quality service to each caller
-Willingness to learn and engage with our proven follow-up process -Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
Responsibilities:
Call and correspond via different avenues with new and existing prospects to follow up with their inquiries
Assist customers in setting appointments to visit the dealership
Keep track of your daily calls, correspondence, and appointments
Report to Manager on objectives, planned activities, and customer interaction .
Provide excellent customer service experience
Maintain communication with Managers and Sales Associates regarding customers.
