Need immediately. Maintenance staff. Full time positions, Monday - Friday. This is for a small apartment complex, only 68 units. Must have experience with trouble shooting and electrical systems, plumbing repairs. Will be preparing vacant apartments for new tenants or remodel apartments. Must be dependable, reliable and able to take directions as well as work on your own without supervision. We are looking for staff who can take charge and do what is necessary to get the job done and takes the initiative to do so. We carry one and two bedroom apartments.
Candidates must have a minimum of (2) year multifamily maintenance experience and must pass background check.
