Tindle Construction is looking for experienced Industrial Carpenters only for this Industrial Carpenter role. Applicant must have at least 3+ years of experience to apply. We are currently hiring for a project at Novelis in Bay Minette, AL. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 6AM-4:30PM.
Must be able to pass an observed drug and alcohol screening
Must have experience in:
-Wood Framing
-Metal Stud Framing
-Door & Window Installation
-Drywall
-Grid ceilings
-Block Masonry Walls
-Ability to read & interpret blueprints and specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction or in a similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
