Hiring for Multiple full-time positions for Montgomery, Birmingham, AL and Huntsville, AL
Responsibilities:
1) Perform maintenance and detailed troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment including packaged RTUs, large split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, air-cooled chillers, VFDs, pumps, and motors
2) Operate and navigate common Building Automation Systems (e.g., Trane, Honeywell, JCI)
3) Use manufacturer-specific service software for VRF systems (e.g., Mitsubishi, Daikin, Sanyo, Toshiba, Fujitsu)
4) Work independently with minimal supervision
5) Complete service tickets and time sheets electronically (iPad) and submit via email
6) Travel as needed during peak seasons between designated locations
Requirements:
1) Minimum 5 years of field service experience
2) Ability to pass a full background check and drug screening
3) Ability to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
4) Ability to pass a physical ability test
