Establish and set production goals, objectives, schedules, and budgets for production operations. Maintain production process by utilizing human resources, materials, production systems, and equipment. Review and identify production engineering system malfunctions to recommend engineering modifications and replacement for increasing production effectiveness. Direct production engineering procedures to ensure production operations are in compliance with a timely and cost-effective manner. Determine efficient production methods and coordinate production schedules in order to achieve production goals and objectives. Direct implementation of newly developed engineering technology and system in production process to ensure its proper operation.[Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing industry.
