Artistic person who can draw: to work in shop with two or three carvers. Start immediately. Job is to “finish carve” animal and people soapstone figurines that have been roughed out. This is an entry level carving position. Paid Piecework. M-F 9:am. to 5:pm. Avrg year 30K to 40K., depends on your ability. Job requires wearing dust masks, and ear protection. Call or text to set up appointment. Shown is finish carved items that have been carved from pre-shaped pieces. Also have much higher levels of carving depends on skill level.
Non-comp agreement. Contract work may be possible.
Eagle River/must have own transportation no bus service.
