Crush Bistro is looking for friendly, organized people with great communication skills for the barista position.The barista's primary responsibility is to ensure guest delight by providing an exceptional experience that makes our guests want to return again and again. Basic duties are to take guest orders, make and serve beverages, accept payments, and keep the espresso machine area clean and organized. Qualified candidates will have:Must be at least 18 years of ageBarista experienceExperience in a fast paced restaurant setting.A current Municipality of Anchorage Food Workers CardExcellent communication and organization skillsPossess basic math and cash handling skills and the ability to operate a cash register/point of sale systemIn addition, we expect the following of all our employees:A passion for making our guests welcomeFocus on quality while taking pride in their workPerform well in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding problem-solving skills with a knack for thinking creatively
