Line Cook, evening, w/ lodging

Evening Line Cook position available in a casual fine dining setting with Alaskan seafood and other entrees. Looking for a positive person eager to learn and work under the Chefon the line with grill, sauté, fryer and garde manger. In addition to preparing and cooking the food, the position will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen with proper sanitation and ensure all food is handled and stored safely. Assistance with relocation to Kodiak Island is an option, and lodging can be provided.
