We are a well-known hotel chain in Anchorage, AK, looking for reliable and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team.
Pay starts at $19/hr and increases based on experience.
Various shifts available.
Responsibilities
-Perform routine hotel maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
-Respond to guest work orders and maintenance needs
-Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems
-Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of hotel facilities
Requirements
-Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred
-Ability to work independently and efficiently
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks
