Mixologist Duties: Cleaning and Stocking:
● Begin each shift by ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
● Throughout your shift, maintain cleanliness by regularly wiping down counters, cleaning spills promptly, and disposing of waste.
● At the end of your shift, thoroughly clean the bar area, including equipment and surfaces, and restock for the next bartender.
Professionalism:
● Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude throughout your shift, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
● Refrain from using cell phones during your shift to avoid distractions and maintain focus on serving customers.
● Practice proper hygiene by washing your hands regularly, especially after handling money or other items. If wearing gloves when serving, change them frequently to ensure cleanliness.
