We are looking for Kitchen Helpers to join our amazing team. Our Kitchen Helpers make up to $1300 per week while enjoying one of the best benefits packages in the market. A Kitchen Helper prepares and serves freshly cooked meals to the residents of a remote site work camp. If you are passionate about food and looking to make great money while having the adventure of a lifetime, this may be the job for you!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.

Prepare food by washing, cutting, etc., as directed by Cook.

Wash service ware, pots, pans.

Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, floors.

Remove trash, clean garbage cans.

Load or unload trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food and rotates product.

Provide excellent customer service.

Ensure food safety, a safe workplace, and a positive team atmosphere.

Carry out all activities in compliance with laws, regulations, company vision, values, guiding principles, and policies and procedures.

In addition to the duties performed, the individual must be able to physical and mentally work away from home, family, and friends for extended remote rotation - 12 hours daily, 7 days a week, 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off or 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off. All roles are located at remote camps, ESS offers all paid amenities that you would have at home at no cost to you.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Alaska Food Worker Card required.

Valid Drivers’ License and clean driving record may be required.

First Aid/CPR Certification may be required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift 50 – 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Must have capacity for long hours, days, weeks away from home.
