Seeking a Life Enrichment Coach for a group home that supports high-functioning individuals with mental disabilities.
This role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities, enabling them to live more independently.

No prior experience is necessary, as we are committed to providing the training you need to succeed in this fulfilling role.
Candidates must have CPR and First Aid certifications or be able to obtain them before starting.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
-Providing compassionate support and guidance to residents in a nurturing manner.
-Assisting with meal prep, cooking, and feeding.
-Ensure chores are being done by residents.
-Coordinating transportation and accompanying residents to occasional appointments.
-Light cleaning, and assisting residents with laundry.
-Monitor resident’s water consumption
-Prepare medications and ensure residents take medication.
-Assist in keeping everyone on schedule.
-Daily activity documentation and praise reports
Pay starts at $20-$22/HR Depending on experience.
Various Available Shifts:
-3 days - 24-hour shifts (consecutive)
-4 days-24-hour shifts (consecutive)
-Saturday/Sunday weekend-only shifts are also available
Minimum Requirements:
Current CPR/First Aid Certification is required, or the ability to obtain it before starting.
