Aurora Dental Care is hiring We are a team of fun loving professionals who are committed to providing our patients with outstanding care and amazing service while not taking ourselves too seriously. Our office is very connected, we believe in a team dynamic where we can rely on each other, have fun at work and feel good about serving our patients, team members and community. We work among friends here in our office.
This is NOT an entry level position, we prefer medical or dental experience.
Ours is a General dentistry practice that offers cosmetic, invisalign and we see a ton of kiddos and families. Our office hours are 8-5 during the week and work a couple of Saturdays per month. Usually it works out to 1-2 Saturday per month. We have an awesome team, Christmas party, 401K, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, softball team, potlucks, and we deeply appreciate and support our work family.
You must be an efficient, kind, outgoing ray of sunshine, have a great sense of humor, juggle multiple responsibilities and enjoy working at a fast pace. If you do not have a strong work ethic and/or struggle with tardiness or absenteeism, please don't apply. You must work independently and not require micro managing. Also, we are a chartless, high technology practice using Dentrix so your computer skills must be high.
