Local construction company looking for an experienced and motivated project manager for general construction and roofing. We are a successful and growing company in Anchorage. Pay is DOE $25-$45
Requirements:
-Construction experience required, roofing experience is a plus
-Drivers License
-Strong analytical skills
-Reliable
-Strong and effective communication skills
-Team member perspective
-Results-focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
-Experience with a forklift is a plus
Duties:
-On-site management
- Someone who can oversee and lead the team and projects
-Works with owner and client to develop a plan
-Develop and monitor the project schedule and overall productivity
-Ensures timely completion
-Someone who can properly supervise and manage the team on jobsites
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
-Quality control and compliance with safety regulations
