We are a full service lawn care company in Anchorage seeking motived individuals to join our team this season. We are looking for crew leaders as well as crew members. Our company runs a Monday-Thursday work week 10 hour days, leaving you with a 3 day weekend! Always plenty of overtime work but not required. This job includes but isn't limited to using commercial grade mowers, trimmers, blowers, thatchers, raking leaves, bagging leaves, driving a truck and trailer. This could be your chance to work and grow with a great company. This is a seasonal position but could easily turn into a year round job for the right candidates. CREW LEADER POSITION REQUIREMENTS ($22-$26)
2 + full seasons of working for a professional lawn company
Must be able to operate zero turn mowers
Must be able to efficiently run a crew of 2-4 people
Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record
Good work ethic and communication skills
familiar with lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, thatchers and other various lawn equipment
Reliable transportation to our shop on the south side each morning
