Youth 360 is hiring for a full-time Youth Club Manager for our Wasilla program. This position leads the operation of a daily teen after-school club. Primary duties include planning and implementing fun and meaningful activities for teens, communication with youth, families, schools and community members, and oversight of a small staff team. The club is open each school day to middle and high school students and provides consistent activities and social connection opportunities for middle and high school students in the Mat-Su Valley.
The ideal candidate will have experience in youth programs, with a passion for supporting the skills, talents and interests of teens and young people. Work with a team of committed individuals to support healthy connections and build healthy outcomes for Mat-Su youth.
