What we do:

Residential Remodeling and Additions

Where:

Anchorage/Eagle River

Key Responsibilities:

Execute carpentry tasks whether it be framing, cabinetry, or custom woodworking

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans accurately

Deliver quality work with a commitment to safety and efficiency

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven carpentry experience in residential or commercial settings

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety protocols

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have a valid drivers license

Compensation:

-Hourly wage ranging from $34-$50 per hr plus project bonuses

-PTO

-Paid Vacations

-Mileage reimbursement above federal rate (personal vehicle)

-Possible company vehicle

This is a LEAD position! You will be responsible for crew management, budget, and quality control. This is not a training position.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday - (4/10’s)
