Vision Construction Intl. LLC is currently accepting applications for a full-time Bookkeeper and Office Administrator. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude who enjoys working with others.
Desired Qualifications:
Maintain a professional, upbeat office environment at a family-oriented construction company
Educational background in accounting or comparable bookkeeping experience
Proficient with an accounting software, preferably Sage 100
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
Complete A/R, A/P, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
Complete Weekly Payroll and Payroll Tax Reporting
Prepare year-end tax documentation for CPA
Position Details:
$22 - $26+ per hour, depending on experience
SIMPLE IRA contributions, matching up to 3%
PTO, Monthly Employment Benefit Bonus
