Our living facility is dedicated to supporting adults who are living with chronic mental illness, and we need
someone like you to help make a positive impact in their lives.
Qualifications:
Ideally, you’ll have at least a year of training or education in counseling, behavioral health, or social services. this experience will help you connect with our residents.
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are crucial, as is the ability to navigate challenging situations
with empathy and understanding.
Your Responsibilities:
Closely monitor resident behavior, document observations, and report any issues.
Keep track of residents' medication usage to ensure their health and safety.
Provide assessments on individual and group skills development.
Ensure safety and hygiene in client apartments, providing support and guidance as needed to enhance their living conditions.
Perform housekeeping tasks in the staff office, bathroom, kitchen, and common areas.
Help with laundry as necessary, promoting a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
Assist with meal preparation for the following day.
Cook dinner for residents.
Collaborate in planning evening events that encourage community and connection.
Uphold strict confidentiality to protect the privacy and dignity of our residents.
Other duties as assigned.
This full-time position offers a pay range of $22-$24 per hour, based on experience.
Applicants must be flexible to work any day of the week -Available shifts are 4 pm-midnight or midnight -8am.
What You’ll Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
