The Position
JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc. (JAMHI) seeks a community-focused leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). JAMHI’s next CEO will support a strong community organization continuing to improve its core services in behavioral health by expanding into an integrated health model, while maintaining its culture of compassion and care. The ideal candidate for JAMHI’s next CEO will come with leadership experience in behavioral health, community health, or health and human services, the ability to cultivate leadership in others and a supportive workplace culture, and a spirit of humility and professionalism.
About JAMHI
JAMHI Health & Wellness (JAMHI) is a private non-profit, Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) and a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA) in Juneau, Alaska. Founded in 1985 to serve adults with severe mental illness, JAMHI has evolved to meet the behavioral and primary health care needs of the Juneau community through an integrated care approach. Over 70 committed staff serve over 900 individual clients annually operating with an annual budget of $10M.
Salary, Benefits, and Application Process
The starting salary range is between $165,000 and $195,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. JAMHI provides competitive benefits.
