Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Anthem, Arizona. The role involves playing a significant role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization through diligent bookkeeping and account reconciliation activities. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities: Meticulously record financial transactions to ensure accuracy and transparency Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure their accuracy Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure smooth and timely completion of month-end processes Use analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly Interpret financial data and communicate insights to aid in strategic decision-making Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate customer credit records Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, QuickBooks. Requirements Proficient in Account Reconciliation Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Bank Reconciliations Demonstrated skills in Bookkeeping Ability to perform accurate Data Entry Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Proven experience with Month End Close procedures Proficiency in Payroll processing Expertise in QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
