Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 annually, plus a 15% bonus.

Requirements:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in medical clinics, hospitals, or hospitality settings.

Required: Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred: Experience with ECW.

Passion for mentoring and developing teams across various functions.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement in a complex organization.

Proficient in PC skills.

Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities:

Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical functions, medical billing, reimbursement practices, and quality improvement.

Proven ability to implement processes for exceptional customer service.

Strong emotional intelligence, integrity, and a proactive work ethic.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with budgeting and fiscal management skills preferred.

Job Description:As the Center Manager, you will oversee all clinical and administrative operations in our clinics. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, driving operational initiatives, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also focus on profitability, revenue goals, clinical quality, member and staff satisfaction, productivity, revenue growth, managed care performance, and staff leadership.Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team to foster operational excellence, customer service, and teamwork.

Collaborate with the Market Operations Director to improve member satisfaction and enhance the customer service experience.

Ensure efficient operation of scheduling and billing systems, providing feedback and support to the administrative team.

Cultivate relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and marketing partners to strengthen community ties.

Maintain compliance with physician documentation, coding audits, safety regulations, and HIPAA guidelines while promoting a positive work environment.
