We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Production Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and organizing the production process, monitoring production quality, and resolving any product issues by troubleshooting machines or personnel.
The Production Supervisor will be proficient in all aspects of the production process and will have the ability to troubleshoot product issues.
This role involves managing a team, maintaining production levels, and working on the production lines alongside the team at times.
The Production Supervisor will direct the team daily in the processing of products according to quality specifications.
Skills Required:
4+ years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prior experience with OEE, RMO, and conversion costs.
Ability to manage a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on production lines with team.
