About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to lead a team of talented personnel tasked with managing technology delivery and platform maintenance of Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) system of record application and its corresponding platforms.In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility

Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives

Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans

Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement

Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables

Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

Responsible for availability and performance of Process Inventory System of record applications, by minimizing outages and planning the release schedules/outages.

Work with Engineering, product and program teams to build roadmap and applicable milestones.

Develops and implements reporting/information delivery/presentations with key stakeholders and senior management within Operational Excellence organizations, including root cause, cost/benefit and risk analysis.

Works with various technology partners and develop/execute on operating model delivering solutions supporting upstream/downstream driven changes.

Responsible for leveraging global talent to execute the application management functions for the process asset library/ repository

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

As a manager, you will work as part of team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

As a manager, you will provide leadership and coaching to team members. Attract, onboard, develop/train talent to build a strong team.

Required Qualifications, US:

6+ years of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

Agile Product Owner and SAFE RTE experience

Ability to build cross functional relationships and support change management while still maintaining trust with partners.

Culture of pro-active ownership to drive workstreams independently, on-time, and with consistent quality.

Ability to understand moderate to complex data and technology integrations/models.

Hands-on experience with Process modeling tools like iGrafx, MEGA HOPEX, ARIS.

Working knowledge of Process Automation/Improvement/Mining platforms like Alfresco or Celonis.

Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-based recommendations with accuracy and attention to details.

Deep understanding of Business Architecture and Process classification framework (PCF).

Knowledgeable on COBIT framework

Well versed with BPMN 2.0 notation and be able to relate and utilize the knowledge for business process transformation.

Excellent team coordination/facilitation skills

Ability to execute in fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Advanced Microsoft office skills

Job Expectations:

Ability to Travel 20% of the time

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
