 The position is responsible for coordinating all aspects related to the institution's course management and CRM systems ensuring all system administration activities are completed.  Scope of work will be varied but will focus on supporting the multiple organizations utilizing the applications.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business teams to understand business processes and translate those processes into application workflows.Assist with implementation testing and projects.Generate and provide training and training documentation as needed for faculty, students, and help desk personnel.Manage the development of knowledge base tools, processes, and workflowsWrite and execute database queries and software automation scripts, macros, and testing applications as needed to fulfill business objectivesResearch, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related to application use, design and configuration.Ensures that all accounts are created accurately and within a timely manner.Manage multiple customer issues simultaneously. Responsible for ensuring all system configuration and administration are completed for multiple Adtalem Global Education brands.Definition and creation of business rulesIncident monitoring and reportingData management and report creationAssist with case auditsWrite and execute database queries and software automation scripts, macros, and testing applications as needed to fulfill business objectives.Integrate new products, categories, statuses, custom fields, standard responses etc., into existing structure.Maintain interface documentationAct as point of contact for business usersWork with product vendor to resolve application issues as needed.Completes other duties as assigned.Performs other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.
