Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Data Entry Clerk in the non-profit sector, located in Chandler, Arizona, 85226, United States. This role revolves around maintaining and organizing data, filing, creating labels, and other related tasks. This is a short term contract employment opportunity that requires a high level of proficiency in MS Excel and alphanumeric data entry.Responsibilities: Accurate and efficient entry of data into appropriate databases or software Regular filing and updating of physical and digital records Creation of labels as per the organizational requirements Examination and correction of data for completeness, correctness, and compliance with standards Swift resolution of discrepancies in data Regular backup of data to ensure its preservation and accessibility Interaction with team members or supervisors to clarify any uncertain information before data entry Keeping up-to-date with the latest data entry best practices and tools Regular review and updating of work, rectifying any errors or duplications Adherence to the data privacy and security standards of the organization. Requirements Possess proficiency in MS Excel. Demonstrable experience in Data Entry Alphanumeric. Ability to enter data quickly and accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors during data entry. Familiarity with non-profit industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. Proficiency in using other office software, including word processors and email clients. Willingness to learn new software and tools as required.
