Overview

VariQ is seeking a highly qualified

Service Desk Managers to provide resources necessary to the Service Desk team, as well as create and maintain procedures for problem resolutions and processes. The service desk manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the service desk, managing the service desk team, representing the team to other stakeholders, and helping to ensure that the service desk is constantly developing and improving.

  • Salary: Dependent upon experience
  • Location: Chandler, AZ
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance
  • Availability: Upon award, in proposal stage

Responsibilities

  • Developing a unified IT support call center to maturity as a single point of contact for thousands of technology users
  • Creating and implementing process improvements to better monitor team productivity
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage the Help Desk team and evaluate performance
  • Ensure customer Service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
  • Recruit, training and support help desk representatives and technicians
  • Set specific customer service standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, information systems management, or a related field on his or her resume
