Private-Duty care providers needed to service private homes in Cottonwood, Sedona and the Verde Valley. $19.50 per hour plus time and a half for holidays. 8-to-24-hour shifts are available. Working longer shifts saves you money, gas and time, allowing you more personal time to enjoy your life. Whether you are looking for supplemental work around your existing job or full-time shifts, you choose your own schedule. 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience a must. Facility training and certification a plus. Must have a clear criminal background. Professional caregivers are experienced with being reliable and on time for their shifts, must have experience with all ADL's including creating a safe environment for the patient, fall precautions, safe partial transfers (when needed), monitoring the wellbeing of the patient, maintaining accurate and professional nurses' notes, bathing, personal care, incontinent care (when needed), doing linen changes, sometimes for immobile patients (when needed), medication reminders and meal preparation.
