We are a small, locally-owned home remodeling and repair business with a strong reputation for quality craftmanship and customer satisfaction. Our projects range from new deck builds and home siding to general home repairs and improvements. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and personalized service for each client.
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the owner, learning the trade and assisting with various tasks, including: Demolition and preparation work, Basic carpentry and siding, sheetrock, painting, roofing, and flooring to name a few.
Qualifications: Previous construction experience and basic knowledge of hand tools. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including digging, and lifting heavy materials. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must. We work throughout Northern Arizona, primarily in the Williams, Sedona, and Munds Pak area.
Benefits: Starting hourly wage is 21.25 with mileage per diem. Opportunities for advancement with on the job training.
