The position sits at the intersection of project execution, operational leadership, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budgetEstablish and standardise project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworksCoordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partnersMonitor performance through KPIs, proactively manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport proposal development, contracting, and broader business development effortsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
