Manager / Team Lead - Church Management Systems

Key Responsibilities Support CCV’s evolving ministry and departmental CMS needs with a humble “can-do” posture. Passion for Data Integrity and Reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Monitor CMS data quality, availability, and system performance. Collaborate with other CCV departments to maintain a roadmap of deliverables, ensuring shared visibility into CMS Capabilities and delivery timelines for key features. Technical Support and Staff Training: Deliver technical support for staff using the Rock CMS, addressing user issues promptly and effectively. Train and manage internal Rock support staff with a servant’s heart, demonstrating the level of commitment, compassion and service called for in serving the Lord. Conduct comprehensive ROCK training for all new staff members as part of the onboarding process. Work with the CMS Team to develop and update training materials and documentation to support ongoing staff development. Troubleshooting and System Operations: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues to ensure seamless system operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for data integrity and technical concerns within the CMS. Collaboration and Strategic Planning: Partner with Rock RMS Developers, the CCV InterTech Dev Team, and ministry leadership to optimize system functionality and ministry engagement. Collaborate with staff to develop long-range plans for Rock RMS enhancements and future version adoption. Document and maintain best practices and written processes for ROCK data entry and maintenance.
