We are a well-established plumbing parts wholesaler seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk.
Assist the accounting department with A/P and A/R, vendor check runs, posting customer payments, balancing various statements, scanning and uploading documents, data entry, assisting in answering phones, ordering office supplies, other duties as required.
Must be dependable and punctual; have a positive attitude and ready to work
Computer literacy and Proficient in Excel. NetSuite experience a plus.
Have excellent written and communication skills
Can work independently with minimal direction
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 am – 4 pm.
