A growing Scottsdale manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, reliable, and comfortable managing daily transactional workflows. You will work closely with the accounting team to support accounts receivable, accounts payable, posting activity, and operational accounting tasks in a fun/go team spirited environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform light Accounts Receivable duties, including generating invoices and applying payments
Complete daily posting tasks
Prepare and record bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and timely entry
Assist with inventory functions, including routine cycle counts and reconciliation support
Maintain accurate financial records and support mid to month-end close tasks as needed
Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve basic accounting inquiries
Support additional accounting projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Month end bank reconciliations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Formal accounting education preferred
Proficiency with QuickBooks and ERP Systems and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Ability to manage daily workflows independently and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills and a dependable work ethic
