Staff accountant needed for accounting firm in FAR NORTH Scottsdale (near Carefree)
Pleasant, quiet work environment, non-smoking, of course
Position will mainly focus on inputting QuickBooks activity and reconciling bank and credit card activity for a variety of clients in various industries
Current QuickBooks experience in both QBO and desktop is a must
No formal accounting training is required
The ideal candidate loves to multi-task and is seeking job stability
You will work on multiple clients each day
We currently employ 18 others in various positions (staff, seniors, CPAs) and have been in business for over 24 years
We do zero tax return preparation
You will work with other staff members and seniors to keep client accounting current each month
This is a full-time position that offers heath and dental insurance (employee insurance is 100% paid for by employer), vision and AFLAC insurance is an option and 401k participation with a 4% match is available after six months of employment
