We are your local Phoenix Barber shop looking for barbers like you! This is a Full-time & On-site roll.
Barbers will be responsible for providing services such as haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clientele. Barbers will be held responsible for maintaining a clean working environment and maintaining hygiene standards. Barbers must possess communication and interpersonal skills to understand clients' needs and requests best.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma / GED Equivalent
- Completion of a Barbering program or apprenticeship
- Licenses and certifications required by the state of Arizona for a Barber (cosmetic)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Answering phones and scheduling customer appointments
- Must be able to stand and move for an extended amount of time
- Can professionally use tools/equipment like shavers, scissors and clippers frequently
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards of the barbershop and the equipment used
- Works well under pressure in a high-paced and dynamic environment
