Our energetic company is expanding and looking to hire a Service Dispatcher. Techniprint has been in the printing business for over 75 years with a singular goal; to satisfy the needs of customers by providing outstanding services and products.
This role requires a detail-oriented person with multi-taskings skills eager to learn within a fast-paced work environment. The core responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Dispatching driver(s) through the most efficient routes to complete deliveries and pickups
Quality control check for incoming material and shipping out bound orders
Stocking rolled paper goods for internal use and customer purchases.
Maintaining proper communication with customers, vendors, and fellow employees to ensure proper completion of tasks. Including resolving issues.
Processing orders via email or phone
Assist with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications for this position:
Must have a valid driver's license, and provide a 39-month clean motor vehicle record (this can be obtained online through the MVD)
High School Diploma or GED obtained.
Ability to lift 75lbs without restrictions.
2+years customer service is preferred.
Computer literate in Microsoft (outlook/word/excel).
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task various aspects to meet deadlines.
