Location: Phoenix, AZ Description: Our fortune 100 client is currently seeking a Java API Engineer for a Perm Hire role in Phoenix, AZ.
Employment eligibility to work in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions. Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:- BS degree or higher in computer science or related discipline
- 4+ years of recent hands-on experience on an agile development team of building middle tier and backend Java REST APIs, Microservices, Integrations, and Asynchronous messaging applications.
- Excellent Cloud Native Application experience using Java 8+, Spring-Boot, and KAFKA based event driven design.
- Knowledge of open source development frameworks, testing framework, design patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD with GIT, Stash, Jenkins, monitoring with Dynatrace/Splunk etc.
- Testing Automation frameworks like Ruby, Cucumber, or Selenium
- Experience with data persistence technologies SQL/NoSQL.
- Ability to implement scalable, high performing, secure, highly available solutions
- Self-Starter, Problem solver, Highly collaborative and adaptive
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and ability ask questions, understand business value.
- Enterprise Scale Engineering experience (Industry standard build/test/deploy tools)
- Any knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
