Responsibilities• Own specific area of the business from technical leadership and drive the technology vision and road• Work with customers, product managers, executive leadership to understand the business vision, needs, problems and translate that into technical solutions• Build technology frameworks, best practices and adoption• Provide technical guidance and direction to development team to make sure the implementation aligns to the project needs• Implement POCs, perform R&D activities• Establish trusted relationships with customer technical teams and stakeholders• Lead complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations• Lead technical teams to accomplish customer goals and project deliverable through the development of sound delivery strategies and planningQualifications• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering with applicable experience• 8+ years of implementation experience, across the full software development lifecycle • 3+ years of working experience as technical lead or technical architect or solution architect• Previous experience of large-scale project implementations and driving solutions• Exposure to broad set of technologies and implementation patterns• Expert level understanding of cloud solutions, web services and integration architecture• Working knowledge of at least one of the integration tools like Mulesoft, Del Boomi etc.• Good understanding of the emerging technology landscape.Desired Qualifications• Technology Specific Certifications (based on specialization)• Experience with Salesforce or Mulesoft is a plus• Experience with healthcare industry is a plus
