Job SummaryWe are seeking an Associate to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona, providing financial analysis and support across a wide range of projects and industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks, ranging from low-to-mid-level responsibilities to higher-level strategic initiatives within our practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding or quick ability to grasp our work, with a background in accounting, finance, or similar environments. Up to 40% of the role could involve travel. This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and would require in-office work. After 6 months, a hybrid schedule could be offered. Support the reporting manager in project management and financial analysis across a wide range of projects and industries.Execute and review detailed financial modeling, build and analyze cash flow forecasts, perform in-depth accounting and analysis, and conduct comprehensive financial statement reviews.Assist in the preparation of assessments and reporting.Conduct industry research and contribute to client engagements with due diligence.Collaborate effectively within project teams and interact with senior-level client personnel.Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain credibility in all interactions.
